CliftonStrengths® is an internationally accredited program designed to empower your team to reach its full potential.

Drawing from 50 years of Gallup research, we collaborate with teams to unveil their talents and guide them in leading from their strengths.

Our accredited consultants are based in Hobart, Tasmania, and travel across Australia. Additionally, some program components can be delivered online through Zoom or MS Teams.

 

PROCESS

Individualised CliftonStrengths® coaching per person, followed by a half-day team facilitation, tailored around the manager's goals.

COST

$4,700 to $6,200 + GST for a team of 5 to 10 people, inclusive of assessments, coaching, and half-day facilitation.

After our initial conversation, we will provide you with a customised quote based on the size of your team and your specific goals.

BOOKINGS

We deliver the team facilitation component in-person, because it requires authentic conversations (i.e. these services are limited to Australia).

THE TEAM STRENGTHS PROCESS


Step 1: Online Assessment:

  • Each team member receives a unique code to complete the CliftonStrengths® assessment via email.

Step 2: Strengths Report:

  • After the assessment (about 40 minutes), members get their Top 5 CliftonStrengths report.

Step 3: Coaching:

  • Individuals in the teams have a 90-minute session with an accredited coach to discuss their unique talents. Sessions can be conducted face-to-face or online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Step 4: Team Strengths Report:

  • The Manager or Team Leader is provided with a report detailing the collective and individual team strengths. 

Step 5: Facilitated Team Session:

  • The team engages in a half-day session with an accredited facilitator to articulate their talents collectively. Each session is tailored to the manager's identified outcomes.
